How, where and when we work has changed considerably in recent years.  We no longer have the “traditional” office space due to advances in technology and flexible working arrangements.

Hot desking, desk hoteling, Hubworking or “pay as you go” virtual office space are workspace schemes that have come into play in the past ten to fifteen years and are here to stay.  Businesses have noticed a change in the way we work with many employees now working from home or in shared workplaces, unless they have to be in the office for meetings, or to team up with their colleagues.  Organisations now realise that they must provide a variety of work styles for their staff members.  It’s thought that this method of working can increase collaboration and productivity.

Insight IT’s instructor-led training service is available throughout the country. If you don’t have office space suitable for training or you are taking advantage of hot desking, desk hoteling or any other type of mobile/flexible office location for your staff, or it may be that you just want to get away from the office, then that’s where we can make a big difference.

For training away from the work place, we have an extensive network of venues that we use to deliver the training you want, whether it is a course with a standard content or a course with a bespoke tailored content. You can view the location of the venues available throughout England, Scotland and Wales here.  If our network of venues doesn’t fully meet your business needs, we can find a venue closer to where the training needs to take place.

For out based remote workers we can visit their home or remote office to deliver the training. Or the training can take place at a nearby or other venue nearby.

Alternatively, if you want to avoid incurring additional costs such as travel and accommodation, we can come to you. All we need is a meeting room and we will set up the equipment needed for the training, which only takes half-an-hour before the start of the training. Basically we can create a mobile training room for you which is easy and stress free to do. If the training is only for 1 or 2 people we could deliver the training at their desks using their own laptops or computers, whichever is easiest for you.

Finally, you also have the option of coming to us, here at Bordesley Hall in the Midlands. It is an excellent venue set in the beautiful rural Worcestershire countryside and is only a few minutes’ drive from junction 2 off the M42 motorway.
